The SmartHub app is required for online and/or smart device account management. If you have downloaded the app and completed set up, you may log in to your account now. If you have not downloaded and set up SmartHub, please read on for more information and instructions.
- Passwords should be between 8-15 characters and contain at least one number, capital letter, and special character.
Ex.: Trus+ed5ource - Account creation is optimal from a desktop browser.
IMPORTANT THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW:
- The convenience fee for one-time remote card payments (over the phone, online) will be $3.95 per transaction (limit $500 per transaction).

- PrePay members are required to register for SmartHub. Members participating in the PrePay program must register for SmartHub to pay their bills and receive notification about their accounts. Read more here.
