Wes Allsbrook, P.E., joined Broad River Electric in 2021. In his role as Chief Strategy Officer, Wes is responsible for continuing efforts to prepare for future succession planning, as well as managing engineering and operational core Cooperative functions. Wes’s experience and insight make him an invaluable member of the Broad River Electric team, and he is uniquely qualified to help drive the Cooperative’s long-term growth and success.
Wes graduated from The Citadel with a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, and he has also completed the Robert I. Kabat Management Internship Program. He has worked in the electric utility industry since 2013, with experience in transmission and distribution planning. Wes and his wife Katie have one son, Weston.
