As the Vice President of Member and Government Relations, Clary Phillips oversees the communications and customer service business functions of the cooperative, while also acting as the lead advocate for the cooperative with the S.C. General Assembly. Clary joined Broad River Electric in 2024 and has worked in the utility industry since 2019.
Clary graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Public Relations and holds a Master of Arts degree in Communications Management. Clary and her husband Daniel have four sons.
