One of the objectives of the Broad River Electric Charities Board, the governing body entrusted with our members’ monthly donations, is to fairly allocate the Operation Round Up® funds to the counties we serve; primarily Spartanburg, Cherokee, and Union Counties. For each of the year’s four grant cycles, the 7-member board selects recipients whose work has an impact on Broad River Electric members as well as their entire communities.
Broad River Electric Charities Board
The Broad River Electric Charities Board is a 7-member governing body appointed by Broad River Electric Cooperative Board of Trustees representing all three counties in the cooperative’s major service territory.
