Billing Schedule
We have six billing cycles each month: we'll send your bill to you on either the 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, 25th, or 30th.
Your payment is due date back to us 15 days after the billing date. If we receive payment after 15 days, a 5 percent penalty, based on the past-due bill, is added to the next bill. The cutoff date is 25 days after the billing date. We send out delinquent notices when an account is past due.
