We have an exciting new opportunity for your business. We’d like to invite you to join us in a new member benefits initiative, the Co-op Connections Program. This program is aimed at providing increased sales for local businesses while providing savings to our members (anyone who receives electricity from Broad River Electric Cooperative is a member).
T his program will be implemented through the use of card and key-fob sets sent to our over 20,000 members, more than 8,000 of which reside in Spartanburg County. The cards are hard plastic and are similar in appearance to a credit or debit card. A customer presents the card at a participating business and receives a predetermined discount. The card is not scanned and is not used as payment. The customer simply shows the card and receives a discount.

Participation is easy and should help give you a marketing advantage with our 17 million-and-growing membership! Cards were mailed out to our members at the beginning of April. We encourage participating businesses to use the Connections Card as a marketing tool, as the holiday shopping season will be approaching soon after the cards are sent out.
