Budget Billing

Budget Billing LogoThe Budget Billing program bills the same amount each month for eleven months of the year. On the twelfth month, there is a settle up bill. This bill will reflect the amount of usage that was over or under billed during the previous eleven months.  This bill will reflect either a credit or a larger debit bill for your account. The amount billed is based on your average usage and is a fixed amount for eleven months.

In order to qualify, an account (s) must have 12 months of accrued history and also must have an account balance of $0.00.

Levelized Billing is similar, except that it uses a rolling 12-month average with no settle up bill. 

The form below must be filled out, signed and submitted to begin budget billing.
